Role Overview

As a Customer Experience & Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in the successfulimplementation, adoption, and growth of Juisci

Workspace across life science companies(Pharma / MedTech), medical associations and hospitals / clinics.

You’ll focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving satisfaction, securingrenewals, and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities - while working cross-functionally withCommercial, Medical, Creative, and Product teams.
